UAAP SEASON 67` Finals Game 1 (wd Yola and Me) - reisheru/razilia

My friend Yola and I were lucky to be seen during Game 1 of Season 67', the fight between the Archers and the Tamaraws! I was in black and she was in red-orange! Good timing! LOL! But we had fun! You can see me jumping at first...then after showing Captain Hook's points...we were seen again waving our pompoms. Hihi! ANIMO LASALLE!

A new UAAP season has just begun and it is time for the Archers again to defend the championship crown they have well-earned last year. This year we'll also miss the big contributions from guards TY Tang and Cholo Villanueva.

My post is late though because they already lost against the Eagles on their first game. But I don't feel bad though because anything can still happen...just like last year when the Eagles did win most of their games against the Archers...but it was the Archers who won the significant games. It was the time when 2 became greater than 3...and when 2 became greater than 14 (against UE's perfect 14-0 elimination record).

I miss the time when I was still studying in DLSU because the Animo spirit was very much alive in me. I was surrounded by people who were so much interested in the games that we always talked about it during breaktimes or even before or after classes. We also get to see the players in campus! Haha! I think we were like stalkers before. LOL. I also had easy access going to the Araneta Coliseum...thanks to the LRT/MRT line. I just need to hop on to Vito Cruz station...then hop out of EDSA then go to the MRT line and get off at Cubao station. Aaahhh..I miss those days. It was easy during those days because I was a regular at Taft Avenue. Now...it is kinda hard. LOL.

I also miss the players I got to love during my stay as a Lasallian. My ultimate fave was Mac Cardona! And I miss also the other players like Joseph Yeo and TY Tang. Huhu! I don't get to watch them in the PBA though (Tang will still be drafted though) because...I'm not into PBA. Kinda boring for me, or the feeling is not as lively as in the UAAP. No school spirit. Eventhough UAAP stars are already invading the PBA...UAAP is still diferent. Oh well.

I also miss the days when me and my fellow Archers would go to the South Gate in Araneta almost every after game to have our pictures taken with the players. Hihi!

I wish them all the best for this season. Hope they become Champions again! And hope I could watch another live game again! Yehey!!!!!!!! ANIMO LASALLE!!!! KEEP THE FAITH!!!!!!
