It's been so long since I said something about the loss of our team. It was hard to say something st first coz I got outraged by the call of the referee on Rico. I could accept the win of ADMU, but that call was so vague! He didn't do anything!!!!!!

Well anything I say here won't change anything. Past is past. I was supposed to say other things but as time went by things do change in your mind.

All I can say now is THANK YOU/KAMSAHAMNIDA/ARIGATOU GOZAIMASU/MARAMING SALAMAT to the De La Salle Green Archers for putting up a good fight! I will always apprecaiate the effort you've given in every game you played. The same goes exclusively for Jvee Casio! Ever since his rookie days I loved how he played. he shouldn't be sad about his exit. He has done more than enough for the team to reach Champion status.

So until next season...it's goodbye for now! Annyeong!

69-61, the Eagles get the edge in this Season 71 Finals series.

People...I'm heartbroken, it was hard to see them try to catch-up always. It has happened for so many games previously. But at least in the end they were able to conjure up some magic...but not against the bigger team like ADMU.

They were able to lead at least once in the 2nd quarter (I think)...but it was not enough.

To think the other side turned the ball so many times mor ethan our team, but the field goals were not really good. It was really depressing for me. At least we were not down by 20 pts...but still...you get the picture.

I just had to let that out...but I'm definitely not giving up on the Archers, they can still come back...they had it for the 1st and 2nd qtr...they can still make up for that on Thursday!

ANIMO LASALLE on THURSDAY!!!

LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE!!!!!!!!!!

It's Lasalle and Ateneo in the finals once more!!! Wahoooo!!! Tuwang-tuwa ang mga fans...at tuwang-tuwa din ang mga scalpers (LOL...tigilan niyo na kasi! Mahuli na sana kayo ng NBI!). All games will truly be sold-out no matter who prevails. I wish I could watch a live game once more...I'll be missing Jvee Casio and Rico Maierhoffer once they step out of the league. Huhu! I'll miss Chris Tiu too!!!!! Waaaaahhhh!!!

But i'm excited with the new set of players on our team. They are slowly making a name for theirselves (Like Revilla and Villanueva)...I believe next season will be good too for the Archers so I'll surely follow the games next year too.

2 games in the elimination round may have been sweeped by the Eagles...but who says that stopped the Archers from winning when it mattered? So nobody knows how things will happen. All I can assume is that each player from both teams will be fired up.

I listened to Mike Enriquez's show on DZBB a while ago...and it was really funny. He truly is a big fan of the Archers and a very supportive alumnus. He always play the Alma Mater song. Haha! Other Archer fans should listen to it too (usually 930am for Sports, everyday I think).

So that would be on Sunday, 4pm at the Araneta Coliseum. Only a miracle will help me watch it live, so I'll just sit in front of our TV screen and scream with the rest of the Archer fans nationwide. ANIMO LASALLE!!!!

TWICE TO BEAT ADVANTAGE!!!!!! Wohoo!!!!!!!! The Archers snagged the second place after routing the Tamarraws earlier in their play-off game! kakakaba nun ha! pero ang tight ng laban! Pero in my opinion they played well today...mas maganda naging pasok ng mga shots...pero yun nga naging tensionado din. It seemed a lousy game for both teams at first...at least our team stepped up in the 3rd and 4th quarter! Good luck sa Sunday!!!! ANIMO LASALLE!!!!!

Ganun talaga...sa simula pa lang nasense ko na. I wanted to stay optimistic...pero destiny was not on our side this time. They tried to shoot with all their might...pero sumasablay talaga eh. I don't blame them. Ganun talaga. Destiny na makaharap pa namin ang FEU to vie for the twice to beat. Ikaw nga, nothing can be caught easily. Dumaan muna sa butas ng karayom bako makaranas ng ginhawa. Kaya pa yan! Good luck on Thursday!!!!!! ANIMO LASALLE!!!!!!

I almost had a heart attack with DLSU's battle with UST last week...glad they won!!!

Now this Saturday, they'll be battling their greatest rival again! Hope I won't get a heart attack this time! ANIMO LASALLE!!!!!!!

Current statistics won't prove who's gonna be the Champion. As if that stopped DLSU before. What matters is the end. The NOW is for now only. Let's hope for a good game this Sat!

P.S. I hope Chris Tiu won't tire himself out so much. Because I love him so much, that's why I'm having difficulties with this situation. (-_-)

UAAP SEASON 67` Finals Game 1 (wd Yola and Me) - reisheru/razilia

My friend Yola and I were lucky to be seen during Game 1 of Season 67', the fight between the Archers and the Tamaraws! I was in black and she was in red-orange! Good timing! LOL! But we had fun! You can see me jumping at first...then after showing Captain Hook's points...we were seen again waving our pompoms. Hihi! ANIMO LASALLE!

A new UAAP season has just begun and it is time for the Archers again to defend the championship crown they have well-earned last year. This year we'll also miss the big contributions from guards TY Tang and Cholo Villanueva.

My post is late though because they already lost against the Eagles on their first game. But I don't feel bad though because anything can still happen...just like last year when the Eagles did win most of their games against the Archers...but it was the Archers who won the significant games. It was the time when 2 became greater than 3...and when 2 became greater than 14 (against UE's perfect 14-0 elimination record).

I miss the time when I was still studying in DLSU because the Animo spirit was very much alive in me. I was surrounded by people who were so much interested in the games that we always talked about it during breaktimes or even before or after classes. We also get to see the players in campus! Haha! I think we were like stalkers before. LOL. I also had easy access going to the Araneta Coliseum...thanks to the LRT/MRT line. I just need to hop on to Vito Cruz station...then hop out of EDSA then go to the MRT line and get off at Cubao station. Aaahhh..I miss those days. It was easy during those days because I was a regular at Taft Avenue. Now...it is kinda hard. LOL.

I also miss the players I got to love during my stay as a Lasallian. My ultimate fave was Mac Cardona! And I miss also the other players like Joseph Yeo and TY Tang. Huhu! I don't get to watch them in the PBA though (Tang will still be drafted though) because...I'm not into PBA. Kinda boring for me, or the feeling is not as lively as in the UAAP. No school spirit. Eventhough UAAP stars are already invading the PBA...UAAP is still diferent. Oh well.

I also miss the days when me and my fellow Archers would go to the South Gate in Araneta almost every after game to have our pictures taken with the players. Hihi!

I wish them all the best for this season. Hope they become Champions again! And hope I could watch another live game again! Yehey!!!!!!!! ANIMO LASALLE!!!! KEEP THE FAITH!!!!!!
